You can have my Scrivener, Mellel, and NeoOffice when you pry them from my cold dead typing fingers.

But, oh dear, I will admit that editing is probably easier when everyone has the same software.

Will download the latest NeoOffice when I get home to see if that will, after all, display comments correctly. I had to buy Office once in grad school because I needed MS Access; I very much don't want to have to buy it again. (And THAT is on a laptop with half the keys missing that can't go half an hour without crashing; no luck there.)

I've often griped about not being able to copy comments in Word. That's one of the reasons I prefer inserting comments within the text as text, while in Track Changes mode.

Technology makes our lives easier! Really! *facepalm*
