Happy happy snow dance!

I'm just happy to get snow. The schools are closed; the policy of the libraries is not to close unless pretty much everybody calls to say in "Are you nuts, I'm not driving in that."

Must watch TV to determine whether I am nuts or am driving in that. If it's ice and freezing rain, that's one thing, but I think I can handle half an inch of snow.

(Unfortunately, no one else can, and therein may lie the problem).
(OTOH, Cary IS the Containment Area for Relocated Yankees, and if anyone should know how to drive in snow...)

Yankees are just as dumb as anyone else about driving in new rain, too. You know how when it just starts raining, it mixes with the oil slicks on the roads? Yeah, like that.
