owlectomyI literally do not understand the process by which some men apparently come to believe that there is no clear line between approaching someone romantically and harassment, and that a flock of feminist harpies will peck your eyes out if you get this wrong.
Oh, is it like the thing where some omnivores believe that all veg*ns are cruelly condemning them for their meat eating ways even when no such judgment has been expressed? Which is - maybe not sublimated guilt, but maybe a refusal to come to terms with the reality of factory farming? When you can't deal with just how bad patriarchy is for both men and women so you outsource the badness onto the imagined harpies, maybe, I guess.
