Chocolate Library sounds like a place I need to visit -- however, they have been thwarted by a law requiring the education commissioner's approval to call one's business a library.

Brandy Library has apparently squeaked by the rules.

There is a lesson here:

If you work in a library, you probably could use some brandy and chocolate.
