Weird, how bitter that feels now.
(Also, I am weeding the heck out of that book, but just because it hasn't been checked out a single time in the last five years, and we have a pretty good number of Iraq war books that are more up-to-date... and also weeding the one that says, "Chalabi also states that Iranians are prepared to help the United States remove Saddam from power... It appears that Iraq will never realize its full potential while Saddam Hussein is in power.")
