Surprise EKG!

owlectomyI had a suprise EKG this morning. Possibly the most disconcerting part was that I didn't know I was having an EKG until there were already half a dozen electrodes on my chest. It's ... one of those things that I would feel better knowing about first.
(Everything's fine, presumably. I had to get my parathyroid checked and since I hadn't had a physical in a while the doctor wanted to do a full workup.)
The library's budget is getting a 17% cut. This is not making me seize up with panic the way it was last year, but...I can't really not worry about it.
