I see a red door and I want to paint it a pleasing shade of off-white

Saturday and Sunday were spent over at Meaghan's place helping her paint the walls. Whoever last painted the kitchen and hallway left them a tremendously ugly splattery kind of red-yellow-orange, and it really had to go. So, now the kitchen is a nice green-apple shade, and the hallway is institutional white. We just managed to get it primed - the painting will have to get done another day.

It was hot, sweaty, and not very fun work, but there is something satisfying about getting it done.
