This may be my favorite Random Manga character ever:

1. Arthur: 20 He is both absent-minded and poor. Because of following a stranger home, he feels he can't hope for material success. Arthur, a member of the Shinsengumi, once tried to fix things by becoming President, which got him into his current mess. He wants a best friend.
