I remember, when I was a teenager, going to the public library and getting really frustrated if they didn't have the books I needed so I could complete the project on which I had been procrastinating. I started using the university library, occasionally, for major projects starting in my freshman year - and I'm still as infatuated with UNC Chapel Hill's library as I was then.

So, it's not that I don't understand.

But if we don't have the book you need for the project that's due Monday, whose fault is that really?
