A hundred and eight degrees
8/8/07 21:32I think it was that, today, with the humidity. And just as I was finishing up my teen program (oh, I am grateful for the timing, I truly am--it could've been so much worse) my vision started to get swimmy, and after I panicked I got very clinical about it: Oh, this is a pre-migraine aura. I've never had one of those before.
This turned out to be true. I drove myself home (again, yay timing) in the interval between the swimmy vision and the pain. It's the heat; last time I had it this bad was after I spent hours sightseeing in Nara in the worst part of the summer.
I am so bad at the dark-quiet-room thing because more than anything I want to be distracted. So here I am, though I shouldn't be.
