Sick dog, sick me, broken DVD player.
But the library has at last received its copies of Octavian Nothing (the recent National Book Award winner in the juvenile category).
And, linguistics degree to the rescue! We nearly printed out the Spanish version of our "we're renovating, opening in spring" bookmarks with translation courtesy of free machine translation. Now it will be translated by me instead, which isn't much of an improvement, but-- "gota de libros" for book drop? No, just no.
