Cute indeed, and the last thing I'd expect in a book with any connection to Zen.

It is about a panda who teaches three neighborhood children about Zen. Except for the bits about suffering, or impermanence, or any of the not-fun parts. Which is pretty much what one would expect, from a Western picture book.
