[livejournal.com profile] meaghanchan, would you have seen this awfully cute comic of SVA-alumni-love?

I got my BPAL imps today, and they sent me a bonus

Zombi -- Dried roses, rose leaf, Spanish moss, oakmoss and deep brown earth

In the bottle:

Very, very rosey. Smells overwhelmingly of potpourri--that's the dried roses, I suppose.

Wet:

Better! I can smell the earth and moss now, and the roses mute to something other than "potpourri." There's something soft, sweet, and mournful about the scent. Yet, it still evokes grandmothers more than zombies for me.

Dry:

I think it just went all soapy on me. And still with the potpourri.
Since Meaghanchan's struck out with Rose Cross, I think I'll probably stay away from rose-dominant scents in the future, because they don't seem to work well on my skin. Grandmother zombies=not the most fabulous scent to get from a perfume. But maybe that's just me.
