And *now* I realize that fabric.com didn't send me the bullion fringe I ordered, which I really really need for my costume. At least it's--just barely--within the 30-day return window.

However, I must say that it's awfully amusing to watch House--the show about the surly, limping, pain-killer-addicted brilliant doctor--while one's surly, limping, and on pain-killers. But maybe that's just the meds talking.

Damn online ordering - I was about to order some stuff online which had a rebate - but, I decided to wait a day or so (putting it into my cart) and when I came back the next day, the cart was empty, and I couldn't find the item anymore (a spindle of 100 DVD+Rs)

Hehe, I was also watching House earlier this evening... But I had the unfortunate luck of having one of my old friends that I haven't talked to in months call right in the middle of the show - I missed the last half hour :(

The problem is that bullion fringe is sufficiently obscure that I'm just not going to be able to find it anywhere else.

I'm not taking meds regularly--I just keep some leftovers around from my wisdom teeth and broken arm last year, for things like twisted ankles.

I think I'm just having an inauspicious year, although the Japanese calendar says the inauspicious years are 19 and 33, for girls.
