Someone from Bell South needs to have their head impaled on a pike somewhere.

I paid for DSL. For two weeks, I was on the phone with BellSouth trying to figure out why it wasn't working. Finally, we figured out that it just wasn't going to work. They said they weren't going to charge me for the two weeks + installation.

It was on my bill.

I called them. They said they would take it off.

It was on my NEXT bill. I still have to call them about this...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH. STUPID STUPID STUPID.

ETA: Righteous fury smackdown #1 accomplished by e-mail. Bet they don't answer. I will call them on Monday...

I totally told them off via their fucking "internet comment direct email" system. I got an email a week later with a useless reply and then a thing asking me to "rate the service I was given", I hope I got him fired. Fuck-heads. The lot of them.
