My family got one in the mid-80s. I remember making snowflakes on DPaint (Is there any other graphics software that lets you make snowflakes?), typing in programs in BASIC, and being annoyed that every piece of software, it seemed, was for IBM-PC-Compatibles. But we sure played a lot of Carmen San Diego on that thing.
