Kitchen Sink Curry-burgers
19/2/04 17:00I keep trying to make burgers that are edible and not quite succeeding, so when I DO succeed, it's something to write down for further reference:
Salt, pepper, paprika, curry powder
Bread crumbs
About 1/2 a small onion, chopped
A quick shake or two of soy sauce
Olive oil
1/2 kg of beef (is that about 1 pound?)
These are actually really good. Compared to the burgers I usually make. Yay, I'm not incompetent!
