owlectomyApparently, if you leave me alone for twenty minutes, I will manage to find any bookstore in immediate walking radius and make off with some loot.
Or so I discovered when I managed to acquire a Chinese children's retelling of Saiyuuki (with pinyin!) in the twenty minutes between the time I arrived for dim sum and the appointed meet-up time.
No one who knows me well is surprised.
(Note to self: Confucius Books, at the corner of Pell and Bowery, for a really good selection of Chinese children's books. Still looking for a good source of Chinese manhua and manga, but I hear there's one over in Queens.)
