owlectomyOh, Ubuntu! I couldn't have one Linux installation where everything goes the way I expect it to and I don't have to download some weird partition-fixing utility to fix the broken partitions?
However, I have to say, with Samsung I have had without a doubt the best computer-repair experience of my life thus far. Even if you count the part where I got the police called on account of my suspicious package.
That's a really low bar to clear, but... yeah, the last computer-repair experience I had was where I lost thousands and thousands of words of writing and couldn't get them back for love nor money, and the one before that, I told the technician on the phone that I wouldn't buy another HP product if I was on fire and all that was available was an HP fire extinguisher.
