9/5/08 15:01Our summer reading list includes such potentially controversial books as An Inconvenient Truth, Looking For Alaska (which is either porn or an edgy and heartbreaking book whose racy scenes are way too realistically awkward to be sexy), Sold (problem novel about sexual slavery in Asia), and Luna (about a transgender teen). Less controversial books that are just plain good, too: The Plain Janes, Generation T, Chew On This, Story of a Girl.
