(no subject)

I have managed to jury-rig a teen summer reading program record sheet ("Fill in one circle for every half-hour you spend reading") from a Batman comics scan from scans_daily, MS Paint, and Broderbund Print Shop Essentials. And it is still 33% less lame than I usually expect these sorts of things to be. (Which is to say, still a lot lamer than they ought to be).

(I have an urge to spend some time with my computer at home, which has a scanner, and GIMP, and Publisher... but they're not really paying me for that, and I'm not sure enough kids will show up to justify spending the time).
