Worrisome things

1) CAT scan tomorrow (note to self, no eating in the morning!)
2) Have not heard back from editor
3) My synopsis is not done
4) Also, it is terrible
5) Also, I do not know what happens next beyond vaguely
6) When I think about it, I'm not sure that these things warrant the anxiety that I'm having, therefore I have the worrisome feeling that I'm forgetting something important I ought to be anxious about.

At such times I focus on the immediate horrible (the CAT scan) and put all the other anxieties on hold, on the grounds that the future will take care of itself but tomorrow morning is going to be unspeakable.
