24/10/12 06:57Amazon Japan's Kindle store is opening tomorrow! With 50,000 Japanese books in it!
I would be thrilled and excited, were it not for the fact that they apparently completely wiped someone's account for downloading books from the UK store even though they were a resident of Norway.
I guess it will be tomorrow before I can poke around the store and see what their terms of service are like (and if the books are even compatible with my hardware - though I know my Kindle can handle Japanese fonts...). It would be pretty great if my Giant Mountain of Books could be moved over to digital form, though. And if I could get dictionary definitions just by tapping on a word. That's the FUTURE.
