14/8/09 21:48Tonight's cooking WIN: Gratin of leeks, yellow squash, rice, and gruyere, with malted milk balls gelato for dessert. (OMG such a thing exists!) A little bit time-consuming since you end up sauteeing the leeks and squash separately before you put the casserole in the oven, but not a big deal overall, and just enough cheese to add some creaminess without getting too rich.
