Had a Bad Night -- I honestly don't think I got more than an hour of sleep, because I got smacked hard with the flu. I have not felt this bad since WisCon -- dizzy, weak, coughing, cold. I had a period of several hours when my brain was just not making sense. Or rather it was -- trying to spin Grandiose Unifying Theories about things. (Note to self: do not spin Grandiose Unifying Theories and post to livejournal.)
This comes two days after the city ordered us to turn our heat down; it's not terrible, but most of the staff has been wearing extra jackets, hoodies, gloves, and scarves. Coincidence? Yeah. It's perfectly plausible that it's a coincidence. But I'm tucking myself under an electric blanket in a warm room, and still shivering, so it doesn't help.
My brain, alas, is still failing to make sense.
