Which isn't always true, of course. It only makes good drama if you can have a round or two of "Oh no - the treatment only made things worse!"
But it would seem I'm having a round of my own "Oh no - the treatment only made things worse!". In other words: I really miss my normal population of bacteria. Still, I've had it drummed into me that I must finish out my antibiotics lest I breed a drug-resistant race of superbugs.
Must eat more yogourt.
