Isn't it so often the case that you have eight different things that need to get done, and they're individually stressful, but taken as a group they're so stressful that you can't face them? (Never mind that there's usually a catch-22 in there somewhere where you can't start Y until you get X figured out, and you can't get X figured out until...)
Regardless, it may be that getting my housing figured out has finally allowed me to push forward on my other frustrations, getting my final paycheck from the previous job, and (finally!) getting my car insurance sorted. Almost sorted, anyway. (Paperwork!)
