More iconage!

Like: "Duck on a Bike." Which is mainly an excuse for the artist to draw a duck on a bike from as many different angles as he can think of, with a very thin plot draped over it. But it's a duck! On a bike!
There are many more picture books about libraries and librarians than one would expect. It all strikes me as a little self-congratulatory and insular; libraries can better afford to buy massive quantities of picture books than parents, generally speaking. Maybe I'm just being cycnical.
At any rate, this is from "Carlo and the Really Nice Librarian," and I like it because it represents what's required for work in a public library. Speak softly, and carry two-inch-long teeth for those with $150 in fines for lost books.
