Or, what goes around, comes around.
In the last week I have made valiant attempts to track down the owners of a cell phone, two USB drives, and legal pad that were left at work during my shift. No doubt this is the natural consequence of having spent the entirety of my life leaving lost floppy disks, umbrellas, notebooks, pens, and one cell phone in my wake.
But at least I know I'm not the only one.
(Tip: Make an "if found please return to" text file and put it on your USB drive, if you use your USB drive at public computers. Because you don't want people rummaging through your personal files trying to figure out your identity from your homework and dog photos.)
