13/3/05 22:31I had an early music workshop on Saturday that turned out to be quite nice. I can't play with the Triangle Recorder Society 'cause of transportation issues, but still, I do like playing with a group every once in a while. I don't think it's just defects in my own playing that make me say that recorders sound much better in group settings.
A little more writing today.
I haven't done any at all these past two weeks, what with schoolwork, and even now it's really hard to pick up all these threads and I have no idea at all if I'm going to be able to pull them together or not. I keep trying to push forward, but I'm finding it so difficult...

Yay Orpheus-song. Highly relevant to the novel, I assure you.
The Japanese version of "Seasons of Love" is absolutely enchanting. I love the way they weave together Japanese and not-badly-accented English. I might just have to get the Rent Japanese cast album... I can't help it, I'm a sucker for people who manage to translate songs and make the translations work as songs.
