Why is it that the child thinks that a hug and a "Feel better!" is an appropriate response to someone breaking a bone, and the adult thinks that "Did you have a fight with your boyfriend?" is an appropriate response?
Because the child wants you to be happy and the adult either wants you to be miserable or is miserable him/herself? (I hope that wasn't your mom or something.)
Yeah, someone miserable or who wants others to be. Bah, humbug. Also, customer service, bah. Phooey. Why do customers think that grants them so much license? Stabby.
