Oh no!!! How stressful @ any point, much less when you're about to move. :( I don't know anything about the administrative & insurance & mechanical recovery fr. car accidents, but I hope the process somehow works quickly & unstressfully for you.
Oh, ick. What a dreadful thing to have happen (a) the day past Christmas, and (b) when you're trying to tie everything up before a move. I hope it all works out smoothly and with a minimum of inconvenience for you.
