(no subject)

Not exactly a Cooking Fail, but: no counter space and trying to get ready for work very quickly while frying rice and parboiling green beans led to me pouring out half a bottle of soy sauce on the floor, and then trying to *clean up* the soy sauce while frying rice and parboiling green beans. Augh!

August of I'm Gonna Finish This Book

 

33328 / 40000 words. 83% done!

That 40,000 is looking more and more fictional every day, but I'll go on and see what happens to it and let's just assume I won't be turning in The Name of the Wind or whatnot. (That 40,000 is in addition to the ~35,000 that come first, of which ~16,000 no longer exist).
